Apartment Paris 10
under construction
Set within a compact Parisian footprint, this apartment is conceived as a highly functional and carefully crafted living space, where every element has been considered down to the smallest detail.
The design is organised around a central architectural core and kitchen island, creating a natural anchor for the apartment while optimising circulation, storage and everyday use. Rather than treating furniture as separate objects, the project integrates it into the architecture, making the most of every available centimetre.
A restrained material palette defines the interior: deep, through-coloured stained walnut brings warmth and continuity, contrasted with brushed stainless steel details and a raw concrete floor that grounds the space. Custom joinery, integrated lighting and carefully considered transitions create a balance between warmth, precision and material honesty.
